well... i wonder wat this word "authority" actually means.. so i went to the check for the definition of the word. and i found of tt it can mean alot of thing. one short example is = the "power or right to give orders or make decisions".

yeah.. it's stated clearly that it's power or right to give orders or make decisions. and not power to show ppl attitude and show faces as and when u like. when u got authority, yes u got the right to command ppl but nevertheless pls do not misuse tt authority and dun treat anyone wif any fucked up attitude.

How to be a great leader and gain respect from ppl? well.. i dunno the exact answer to this question but at least from my point of view. i tink that a great leader is someone who can balance the work well. i mean like he/she must do the thing regardless of whether it's like "sai kang "(shit job) or not. and not just do all the leading work and throw the "sai kang" to other ppl.

next....
a great leader must oso communicate to ppl well. and try to put themselves in other ppl shoes
and also not fucking aim at those ppl w/o much popularity.
yeah u can be command ppl but just dun pick on anyone. and make sure wat u done is not to advantage/disadvantage of anyone.
but to me.. i felt no use that if everyone obey ur command but actually many just bear with the unreasonable action of urs. i strongly believe that if u treat everyone with love and care they will respect u frm the bottom of their heart.

there's a thin line between leader and loser. so dont cross that line..

hello..update =D
well.. a summary of my quiz result. bad is the word to describe it but frm another view im actually quite blessed. dint really study for it, still manage to pass most of dem. only flunk one. =|

tml will be the league cup! playing for dk freedom, actually i dun deserve to play as i nv, seriously never not even once go for dk trainin.. but nevertheless i would give it my 100% tml! =DD at least try la. hmmm.. target playing time was like mayb 15min per game? is it alot? hahaha.. i seriously dunno.. one game ard 60 min? so 25% of every game? i hope can arr.. budden quite hard.. i aint a impt player afterall.. :|
