training! at 1500 but i was late for like almost a hour? started off with 4 rounds around hockey pitch follow by 50 forehand 50 backhand. well.. after which come a mushroom drill i was like kinda new to this drill, so cs guide me thru the drill. supposedly to do 20 catches however we did not make it due to low moral and mark decided to stop the drill. cs gets angry and spike the disc which lead us to suicided but tt's okie. cos frisbee is a team sport if one person struggle we all struggle, one person triumph we all triumph!
after which was pick-up follow by some light pt and pick up again. hahaha.. it's a enjoyable training for everyone i guessed. heading home after that as usually alone and lonely, long waiting for bus 45 and suddenly a song keep on playing inside my head.
